Our Calm Shapes collection is selected with care and years of experience dealing in vintage and antique furniture. You might know us as Studio Gespuis. Calm Shapes revolves around furniture that makes your surroundings feel calm and comfortable. The natural materials, patinated over time, as well as their great shapes give our items their unique and distinctive feel. 

Since 2015 we're dealing in vintage furniture as Studio Gespuis. After some years working from our gallery in the city centre of Alkmaar, we grew too big. From 2019 we work from our warehouse and ship all over the world. Not only was I raised to appreciate and reuse old furniture. I have also studied graphic design in Amsterdam. That's when Studio Gespuis was born. Our Calm Shapes is a collection made by me personally.
