Unique 1930's French chair

Very early and unique French chair, the adjustable backrest and headrest are heavily engineered and designed for mugshots. The chair is from the 1930s and perhaps even earlier. Great example of a completely original and functional chair that accidentally became a great design piece, whose maker is unknown to us.
